The 2011 Gluten Free Expo Guide will be provided free to visitors to the Gluten Free Expo, Sydney on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th August. The Expo Guide is a great resource, providing listings and details of gluten free product manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and retailers.
This convenient publication will be retained by Expo visitors as a reference for many months after the Expo. The Expo Guide will be A4 sized for easy reading, and will be printed in full colour on gloss paper.  The Guide will include an Expo site map, a full stage program, and listing of exhibitors and supporters.
