On behalf of Coeliac NSW and ACT it is our pleasure to officially open bookings for the 2012 Gluten Free Expo.

Our returning Exhibitors had first right to their site, prior to us going on sale to the general public, and the response has been overwhelming. We are looking forward to welcoming them back and just as importantly, we are excited to welcome new members to the Gluten Free Expo family.

The Gluten Free Expo is the only gluten free expo presented and supported by the Coeliac Society of NSW and ACT. Visitors at the Expo can sample and purchase with confidence knowing that all of the products at the event are Gluten Free.

A snapshot of our 2011 visitors:
More than 10,000 people came through the doors
51% were new to the Gluten Free Expo
The Expo met or exceeded the expectations of 96%
64% of visitors found about the event via the Coeliac Society
88% plan to return to the event in 2012

The Marketing:
A targeted marketing campaign will be developed with the main aim of increasing attendances at the Gluten Free Expo. We will continue to use what has worked in the past; namely print advertising, direct mail and email campaigns, as well as marketing within Coeliac Society properties.
We will also look to engage further with the mainstream media.

The Costs:
The costs have remained the same as 2011:
3m x 2m shell scheme site $1600 inclusive of GST
3m x 3m shell scheme site $2100 inclusive of GST
6m x 3m shell scheme site $4000 inclusive of GST
6m x 6m shell scheme site $7600 inclusive of GST

All sites include:
Floor space as listed above
Fabric-covered panels
Fascia sign with your organisation name
Floor Carpet
Two 120 watt spot lights per 3m site
One 4 amp power outlet per 3m site
Free listing in the official Expo Guide (provided to all Expo visitors)
