Assoc Prof Jason Tye-Din

Assoc Prof Tye-Din is a gastroenterologist and coeliac disease specialist. He leads the Coeliac Research team at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute. He practices at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and is a lecturer at Melbourne and Monash Universities. He is also chair of the Coeliac Australia Medical Advisory Committee.

Dr Kunal Thacker

Dr Thacker works as a paediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist at The Children's Hospital at Westmead (CHW), Sydney. At CHW he is involved in regular educational and research activities with a focus on Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Eosinophilic Oesophagitis.

Dr Kirby Sainsbury

Dr Kirby Sainsbury is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in the delivery of group-based therapy programs to patients with eating disorders, depression, and emotion regulation difficulties. She previously worked as a Research Associate in Health Psychology in the UK (Newcastle University). She completed her PhD in 2013 (University of Sydney) on the topic of psychological characteristics associated with inadequate adherence to a gluten free diet (GFD) in people with coeliac disease. She was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2008.

Sally Marchini

Sally Marchini is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who combines professional qualification with personal experience of type 1 diabetes and coeliac diease to give her a unique insight into the issues faced by people living with chronic and complex health conditions. Sally speaks around Australia, training other dietitians on the topics of pregnancy in type 1 diabetes, pregnancy and coeliac disease. She still has a special interest in all cases of type 1 diabetes, coeliac disease and other women's health issues due to her own personal experience.

Kim McCosker

4 Ingredients Author and entrepreneur Kim McCosker brings her amazing story to life, to inspire audiences and amaze them with her simple, hard working and determined recipe for success. In 2007 Kim together with her lifelong friend, Rachel Bermingham authored and self-published (as no publisher was interested) the first book, which was to become Australia's best selling non-fiction book that year, 2008 and 2009.

Helen Tzouganatos

Helen was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2007. The self-confessed foodie mastered the art of gluten free baking and published her first Coeliac Australia endorsed cookbook 'Hungry and Fussy'. Helen's philosophy is simple, fresh, and flavoursome. Her new venture as host of a new SBS TV show 'Loving Gluten Free' will be on air October 2019

Melissa Meier

Melissa is an energetic and enthusiastic Accredited Practicing Dietitian. Her inspiration to become a dietitian stemmed from her diagnosis with coeliac disease when she was 15 years old and as such, she is particularly interested in this area of nutrition. She is also a passionate foodie who loves being in the kitchen developing delicious healthy recipes and thoroughly enjoys sharing her creative side with the team at Healthy Food Guide.

Brooke Delfino

Brooke is the editor of Healthy Food Guide magazine - a monthly title dedicated towards making healthy eating easier. She is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and has a passion for sharing her love of delicious, nutritious food. Her goal is to make eating healthy food fun, easy and affordable for everyone.

Penny Dellsperger

Penny is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a special interest in coeliac disease. Penny lives with coeliac disease and works for Coeliac Australia as the Health Advocacy Officer.
