Ticket sessions & Pricing
Tickets can be purchased as a single day ticket, valid for either Saturday or Sunday. The Coeliac Australia Gluten-Free Expo will be open 9 am- 5 pm Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sunday. Ticket Prices are:
Adult: $25
Student/Concession: $18
Kid 12 and under: Free of charge
Concession applies to current Health Care Card and Pensioner Concession Card holders upon presentation at the door.
Student relates to full time students upon presentation of ID.
Booking fees
You will be charged a booking fee by Humanitix and this will be added to the purchase price of your ticket. The fee is 2.5% of the total value of your tickets, plus a processing charge of $0.50. This is the special Not for Profit Rate from Humanitix, and Coeliac Australia does not retain any of the 2.5% fee or the processing charge.
Refund policy
Refunds for your tickets are available directly via Humanitix up to 7 days prior to the event. Unfortunately the booking fee is not refundable.
In the event of the Expos being cancelled CA will refund 100% of the ticket cost. Please note the booking fee charged by Humanitix is not refundable.
Where the Expo event is cancelled by Coeliac Australia, all tickets and booking fees will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given in respect of any non-attendance. If the Expo event is postponed, all tickets will automatically be valid for the new date and refunds not automatically offered on tickets/fees.
CA reserves the right to make cancellations, substitutions and alterations to speakers, topics and/or the schedule of the Event at any time. Notice of any changes will be announced on the website www.glutenfreeexpo.com.au and via email communications. Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract by CA and do not trigger any liability. If CA changes the time and/or location of the Event, CA will provide with notice of the changes and will offer attendees the choice of either a refund or the opportunity to attend the Event as varied.
General ticket terms & conditions
CA will collect, store, and handle personal information about attendees in accordance with CA’s Privacy Policy and State and Federal Contact Tracing requirements. CA has the right to contact attendees post the Expo event for the survey purposes.
CA cannot accept liability for advice given or views expressed by any at the Event or in any material provided to attendees by third parties.
By attending the Event you acknowledge that you may enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. You grant CA the right to use your image and likeness for marketing, social communications, and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing. This is a condition of entry consent unless advised by the patron and exhibitors in writing as per the above procedure.
Presentations, documentation, materials, and content made available to you as an event attendee are subject to copyright. You may only use the materials and content for your own private non-commercial use. No part of the materials and content covered by copyright should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished in any form or by any means without the express written permission of CA.
CA Events will often be held at third party venues and premises. All Attendees are required to observe and comply with any safety advice, site signage, alcohol consumption and security requirements of the venue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CA is not responsible or liable in negligence, contract, tort or otherwise arising if you or any other person incurs, experiences, or suffers an accident, direct or indirect loss including to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, or health related issue whatsoever whilst in transit to or from the Event and/or at the Event. You fully and finally release and discharge CA from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever that you have or may have against us whether known or unknown, accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning, or relating to the Event.
CA will not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under the T&Cs to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of CA, its agents, or employees.
COVID management
Conditions of entry;
All patrons attending Gluten Free Expos understand that:

You should not attend Gluten Free Expo if you are feeling unwell and displaying any COVID like symptoms.
Do not attend Gluten Free Expo if:

You are positive for COVID-19.
If you attend Gluten Free Expo and you feel unwell:
First Aid will be onsite with personnel located at the entry. If you feel unwell or appear unwell you will be assessed by our First Aid staff.
CA has the right to make any changes to the Event that comply with the latest COVID position by state prior and/or during the Expo.
