Momentum Foods is a leading, independent wholesaler, importer and manufacturer of speciality food products including gourmet, vegan, organic, fructose friendly, kosher, as well as a large range of ‘free from’ products, including gluten free, nut free and dairy free.

Our small family business began with Simply Wize, a brand dedicated to developing and sourcing delicious gluten free products. When the founder Shimon Weizman and his three daughters were diagnosed with coeliac disease, they recognised a need for good quality, great tasting gluten free food.

At Simply Wize, we pride ourselves on producing and sourcing high quality, unique, great tasting gluten free products from Australia and around the world. At Simply Wize we want to ensure coeliacs don’t have to miss out on anything!
Since then Momentum Foods has expanded to not only develop and produce the best quality products, but to also distribute for leading Australian and International speciality manufacturers.

Our range includes: Crispbreads, Lavosh, Wafers, Grissini Sticks, Bread Mix, Gnocchi, Pasta Sauces, Biscuits, Christmas cakes and puddings and a range of ready-made frozen products including Puff Pastry, Spring Rolls, Samosas and Gyoza.

We also have a delicious range of gluten free treats in our Simply Wize Irresistible Gluten Free confectionery range including Marshmallows, Snakes, Milk Bottles, Bananas, Strawberries and Cream, Choc Honeycomb, Jelly Beans, Jelly Babies, Fruit Salad, Sour Mix and Party Mix.

Most of our products are also Fructose Friendly including the pasta sauces, gnocchi, bread mix, biscuits, crispbreads, grissini, deli wafers and corn crunch.
